UAE-based Palazzo Hospitality, renowned for managing some of the world’s most luxurious properties, including Palazzo Versace Dubai, has announced its expansion into Africa with the signing of the Palazzo Ezulwini Hotel and Convention Center in the Kingdom of Eswatini. This landmark agreement solidifies Palazzo Hospitality’s presence in the continent, bringing world-class hospitality to Eswatini. Currently 80% complete, the project is slated for an official launch in the last quarter of 2025.

A World-Class Hotel and Convention Center

Spanning approximately 190 hectares, Palazzo Ezulwini Hotel and Convention Center is an architectural marvel designed to cater to international conferences, luxury travelers, and business executives.

The International Convention Center, covering 42,000 sqm, features:

  • A theatre hall for 1,800 patrons over two levels (ground and balcony)

  • VIP reception rooms

  • A chamber hall equipped to host AU and major international conferences

  • A multipurpose hall with a capacity of 1,500 people in ballroom seating and 3,000 in classroom seating

  • A restaurant accommodating 340 diners

  • State-of-the-art catering facilities for banquet receptions

The Palazzo Ezulwini Hotel, a seven-floor luxury property spanning 51,000 sqm, will offer unparalleled service and amenities, setting new standards for hospitality in the region. The hotel will feature 299 luxurious rooms, including:

  • 263 Standard rooms (54 sqm each)

  • 20 Junior Suites (110 sqm each)

  • 5 Executive Suites (200 sqm each)

  • 6 Presidential Suites (300 sqm each)

  • 5 Royal Suites (1,000 sqm each)

The hotel will be directly linked to the Convention Center via a skywalk featuring retail and dining outlets, ensuring seamless access between the two venues.
