It’s a modest gain compared to last month, as August was a mixed month for the world’s wealthiest; six billionaires became richer, while the remaining four witnessed a decline in their net worth, as reported by Forbes.
The world’s top ten richest people as of September 1 are men, with 9 of them Americans and just LVMH’s Bernard Arnault from France. Each of them still has a net worth estimated at $150 billion or more, which is an increase from $143 billion last month.
