Roseanne Barr is parting ways with her Hawaii farm.
The actress and comedian, 72, has sold her sprawling 46-acre macadamia nut farm in Honokka for $2.6 million.
The property was the setting for Barr’s 2011 reality series Roseanne’s Nutsper the listing with Deep Blue HI. The Lifetime show aired for one season and shared a glimpse into island life and organic farming on Barr’s ranch.
Set along Hawaii Island’s Hamakua Coast, the 4-bed, 4.5-bath property offers breathtaking ocean views and a pool, slide and pool house surrounded by palm trees.
Paul Stukin, founder and CEO of Deep Blue HI, tells PEOPLE the property sold for well over its $1.95 million asking price.

“Roseanne fell in love with the serenity and beauty of this macadamia nut farm, the privacy, the richness of the land, and those sweeping ocean views,” Stukin said. “We had incredible interest with buyers coming from five states, the Neighbor Islands, and across Europe, and ultimately sold for $650,000 over asking.”
“In the end, what meant most was being able to pass this special place to a local rancher who truly understands and values the land the way Roseanne always has.”
Other features of the residence include a freestanding art studio, outdoor bamboo shower and soaking tub, a greenhouse and a garage/workshop,
Meanwhile, along with the macadamia nut trees, set amog the acreage are also avocados, finger limes, apple bananas, tangerines, and more.

The listing describes the farm as “radiating timeless country charm.”

According to Realtor.comBarr bought the farm for $1.78 million in 2007.
She secured a buyer within days of listing the property, selling it on Friday, Oct. 3.
