Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou is opening up about her BBL reduction.

On Tuesday, Oct. 7, the 28-year-old influencer took to Tiktok to share an update from a surgery recovery center after undergoing a procedure to amend previous cosmetic work.

“Eating chicken tenders and french fries… ” Karanikolaou says to the camera as she lies in bed. “I just got my pain medicine, it just kicked in so I’m pretty comfortable.”

The star added, “From what I’ve seen, this ass looks nice, lifted and smaller. I’m so excited to be healed and to feel more comfortable in my skin.”

Karanikolaou also asked viewers to “be nice in the comments because I’m in pain and I’m just a girl.”

Followers are praising the influencer for being transparent about her cosmetic procedures.

“Thanks for being real with us. It means a lot,” one shared.

Karanikolaou previously admitted that she felt pressured to get a BBL (or Brazilian butt lift) and she now regretted the procedure.

On the debut episode of her new podcast, Better Halfin May, the influencer spoke to her co-host Alexis Fisher about the “No. 1 question” she’s been getting for the past decade of her life: “What plastic surgery do I have, do I have ass implants, like, what’s the tea?” Karanikolaou said.

She denied having implants but confirmed that she underwent a BBL.

“I think it’s not a secret or something that I can physically hide at this point,” she said during the episode. “Yes, I have a BBL. I moved fat around to my butt.”

The podcaster also said she recently had a boob job one month ago and that she got her BBL at a “super young” age. Now she regrets getting the BBL procedure, and she’s been taking steps to reverse the effects of the cosmetic change.

“It is something that I regret and that I’ve been actively trying to fix for so long,” said the star. “I literally have another surgery like in a few weeks to try and reduce the size of it even more.”

Karanikolaou explained that at the time, she did not at all realize what she was signing up for by getting a BBL. Looking back, she admitted she was influenced by a “trend.”

“I felt just the pressure of the world that we live in and the trend of the times,” she reflected on Better Half. She warned listeners, “Do not surgically alter your body for a trend at a time because just know that the trend is only going to be relevant for a little bit.”
